  • Si votre système vous demande votre clé de récupération BitLocker, BitLocker s’est probablement assuré qu’une clé de récupération était sauvegardée en toute sécurité avant l’activation de la protection. Votre clé de récupération peut se trouver à différents emplacements, selon le choix effectué lors de l’activation de BitLocker.     comment en fait alors pour reinitialiser la session windows 11 si c verrouiller par ladmin puisque quand je boot sur un support dinstallation de windows 11 sa maffiche que aucun disk dur est detecter

    On en est rendu à devoir nous protéger de nous même... une clé pour crypter vos données... que si t'as pas la clé... tu peux pas accéder à tes propres informations. Ou alors faut que t'attendes 1 mois pour avoir ta clé. Génial Microsoft ! Vous puez la défaite !

      My issue is that I recently installed a second SSD on my (new) computer. Thing is, it was detected on the BIOS and everything, for about an afternoon. Everything worked fine, I actually managed to transfer some files from my original SSD to the new one... and for some reason, the day after it just disapeared. No SSD on my explorer, no SSD on the BIOS. I checked everywhere on the internet how to get it detected. Only few results for win10 issues. And no result matching my issue... worse : my PC was taking 5 minutes to boot ... and it ended with bug on an update, bringing more issues...so I reseted win11... *Boom* (TETRIS FOR JEFF !) my SSD was back BUT... I couldn't login to my microsoft account since I had made some changes earlier ? See ? All my informations (from before the reset) are now encrypted because I can't link my PC to my account ! Now they (you ?) ask me my bitlocker key, which can be given on my microsoft account, that I can't access to, because I have to wait A MONTH SO THAT THE CHANGES ACTUALLY APPLY !!! Which means my SSD is encrypted for a month.
      I didn't even know about any recovery key until last week... but seems that it's something that just came out of nowhere on win10 upgrade... I just feel that the more windows upgrades, the more headaches I get for every single task I want to do, even the easiest.

      To set your expectations, Windows will require a BitLocker recovery key when it detects a possible unauthorized attempt to access the data. This extra step is a security precaution intended to keep your data safe and secure. This can also happen if you make changes in hardware, firmware, or software that BitLocker cannot distinguish from a possible attack. In these cases, BitLocker may require the extra security of the recovery key even if the user is the authorized owner of the device. This is to be certain that the person trying to unlock the data really is authorized.
      Given that you still have access to the account where your BitLocker recovery key is stored, we recommend that you wait for the 30-day waiting period to finish before regaining full access to the account.     Ca fais deux mois je galère avec ca j’ai un ordi et je ne peux même pas l’utiliser a cause de ce bitlocker quo me bloque a chaque fois !!!! Microsoft ? Plus jamais !!!!

    J’ai toujours été sur Mac on m’a jamais demandé ce genre de choses. Ça fait 1 semaine que j’ai acheté l’ordi pour mon travail, et je ne peux plus travailler… Windows est à la ramasse il n’y a rien à dire

      Pareil, je suis sur Mac = tranquillité et efficacité absolue depuis des décennies.
      Ma période Windows était une avalanche d'emm*rdements en continu.

      ​@Abah c'est tout l'inverse. Que des emmerdes sur macOS et rien sur Windows. Je viens d'avoir ça parce que j'ai touché à mon UEFI. J'ai récupéré mon truc tranquillement sur le site. C'est sûr que c'est spécial, et que ça peut être traître, cependant il ne fallait pas l'activer dès le début, tout simplement.

      1. I use a personal computer
      2. I am on windows 11 home
      3. I didn't make any bios changes or anything else at least not consciously if that's the case
      4. I did not try to solve the problem by myself because I have no knowledge and the solutions via youtube do not really correspond to my problem or because the solutions are not for my hp computer
      Info: I have the impression that this came after installing click software for a game that I have already deleted

    J’ai vraiment un gros problème, j’ai réussi le truc et tout, mais ce que je comprends pas, c'est que lorsque je me retrouve sur l’écran de démarrage pour mettre mon code, bah, le truc me dit « Votre code PIN n’est plus disponible en raison d’une modification des paramètres de sécurité sur cet appareil. Cliquer pour configurer à nouveau votre PIN. » Mais, quand je clique dessus, il n’y a rien qui se passe. Je dois faire quoi ?

      I'll explain but first, I'll give you the name of the version I installed. It's the 22H2 version and, when I installed this version, I could see that when starting up and then I type my PIN code to access the welcome screen so that is to say , after typing the PIN code, this directs you to your home screen. So when I type in my PIN and it says Welcome, I notice that after that my screen goes black for a long time before it brings up my home screen.

      1. Have you Check Keyboard Connection? Ensure that your keyboard is properly connected to your device. If it's a wireless keyboard, make sure the batteries are charged and the connection is stable. If it's a wired keyboard, try plugging it into a different USB port.
      2. Have you tried to Restart Your Device? Sometimes, a simple restart can fix the issue. Turn off your device completely and then turn it back on.

    comment réinitialiser ou formaté s il demande tout le temps cette modite clé de récupération que je ne l ai jamais créé, en plus le pc est bloqué à cause de vos mises à jour de merde et inutile qu s installment tout le temps sans demande ou validation de l utilisateur, donc vous faites vos bêtises et l utilisateur c est luis qui cherche la solution avec tous vos blabla bla sur vos ou vos donnez des solutions qui ne marchent jamais, comment formater alors qu il demande toujours cette clé de merde? alors vous dites qu on peut formater!!!! est ce que cet imbécile qui a mis cette solution l a essayé au moins ???!!!

      To answer your question, no. Please note that your Microsoft account only stores your BitLocker key. However, removing your device will not bypass the recovery screen, as you still need to use your recovery key to access it.

      1. Can you confirm whether you are using a personal or company-issued device?
      2. Could you please provide the exact message you are receiving on the BitLocker recovery screen?

      This is a known issue to us, and we are already working with our engineers to fix it. As of now, what we can suggest doing is the following:
      1. Use a different device to see if it will let you access the link.
      2. Clear the cache, cookies, and browsing history.
      3. You can also use the in-private/incognito browser.
      4. Use a different network connection.

      1. I do not remember any details about this account
      2. No I didn't fill any recovery form because I don't remember anything about the past account
      3. At this time I didn't even know what a recovery key was so I didn't think about registering it
      4. No other device at the time I only had this computer
      5. Only logging into my Microsoft account but of course there wasn't any key on it
